…………………………………………………………………………………………………………. DescriptionIn our daily lives as we conduct various searches to find a good school for our child, to buy a car, a house or a book, and we look for many careers of our friends or read relevant literature. Research is therefore a creative process and I can admit that “where there is a will, there is a way” Legal research is an important tool not only for students of research methodology, but also for Lvyer law firms. The research of PL activists and NGOs calls for power and innovation, a dynamic analytical approach to prove or disprove hypotheses. Research teaches scientific and inductive reasoning and fosters the development of logical thinking and organizational habits. The most fundamental step in legal research is to find the reference file that resolves the issues in question. As most researchers know, this is much more difficult than it seems. My vision of research methodology is that “research is a complex and multidimensional activity, so it is not easy to transmit relevant procedural knowledge to inexperienced researchers without overwhelming them and thus disempowering them”. Acquiring research expertise can be a lifelong process, we simply cannot hold back from our initial investigation until we have learned all the relevant details. Publishing a book like this is fraught with over-structuring and simplification. The crystallized idea for the publication of this book is to know how research methods can be taught and learned. Emphasis is placed on developing a research perspective and mindset for conducting research. Presenting the entire research process is a unified whole, and then explaining it by breaking it down into small pieces is a difficult task.
Being a student of research methodology: I feel encouraged when my professors, friends, and students put me in the work of getting the best literature on the subject. Therefore, through this book, an attempt is made for students to grasp the details to get a proper perspective on the subject. Most often, researchers abandon their research due to a lack of basic knowledge and skills. They make research believe that grapes are sour, or use other unacceptable means such as plagiarism. My goal is to bring a book that presents the methodological concepts and skills widely used by researchers in the field of social law and interdisciplinary research. Finally, one of the most important objectives of the publication of this book is to introduce the fundamental principles of social law research in a simple way. Therefore, the text of the book reflects the accessibility and readability of the wide range of scientists.
