Based on our testing experience, we start with the end in mind. We start from the firm belief that all pre-litigation disputes should be aimed at winning a case. Total incompetence from the beginning. Lorna Ganley seemed to lack the most basic knowledge and even received advice from the seller`s lawyer on what information she needed and what didn`t she needed. Rebecca Conran can`t tell the difference between a personal bank account and a business bank account, which leads her to accuse me of acting fraudulently when buying my property. They withdrew the funds and shut them down without doing anti-money laundering checks, which I suspect is not legal. And to add an insult to the injury, I learn that 7 months after the completion of the land registry application was canceled because they had not responded to 4 requests for information over 4 months. Just a terrible law firm From our Miami and New York offices, we focus on resolving complex, high-quality international commercial disputes. Horribly, I called Clifton`s office last Friday with a simple yes or no question, a woman told me a lawyer would call me back. A week later there was no call, so I called back, asked the same question and was told that the work in that office could handle the request, but someone from the Swindon branch “could” decided to take over the matter.
So, logically, I asked why I was told a week ago that someone could answer the question and why I had to wait a week during which I was silent. Finally, I spoke to an incredibly rude lawyer who told me that the panel of experts in that office could answer the question. Well, if you`ve read that much, you probably think my question was complex, I can`t point out how simple my question was, literally a yes or no answer about a labour tribunal. So now I`ve lost a week because Clifton`s office has sheer incompetence and an inability to answer a very simple, pathetic question. My parents (both around 90 years old) commissioned Star Legal to sell and buy nursing homes. They had previously ordered the same office with a previous sale and purchase and with their will and were very satisfied. This is not the case this time, where Star Legal`s performance was marked by passivity and lack of expertise, which led to delays and fears (but fortunately no financial disadvantages). I wouldn`t recommend them for a job like this.
Although I understand that the current circumstances make things difficult! My wife`s mother recently passed away and the Bristol branch did nothing but erect barriers to get her will and codicil from the Bristol office. They need access to the will because they have noticed that my wife has changed her name since the will was written and is requesting a copy of our marriage certificate. They are also willing to mail the 1st class documents and blame my wife, if they get lost, we can come to a post office to use registered mail, so why can`t they? Other offices have people who do basic things, like check the post office and check that the documents are in the safes! I wouldn`t use this company unless they really have a change in attitude towards their customers. Rivero Mestre is pleased to announce that partner Michael A.
